Collection Officer - UAE
· The collection officer overall is responsible for service charge collection of the Owners Associations (OA) buildings in compliance with the Jointly Owned Property Law in place in the Emirate of Dubai.
· Min. 5-10 years’ experience in financial, general management, relationship management with and all other entities who directly or indirectly contribute to the management and operations of the OA.
· Contact and communicate effectively with debtors but not limited to by phone WhatsApp etc to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans.
· Deliver statements of delinquencies and satisfied debts to accounts dept, remove outdated records when debts have been satisfied.
· Achieve individual target as assigned by management.
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce or any related field.
