Key Responsibilities:

Handling the Reception Counter.
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
Greet and Welcome clients and guests entering Gym.
Direct clients to correct destination.
Deal with the queries from the clients.
Perform clerical work like filing documents when necessary.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone or email.
