ATRIBS METSCON Group is looking for HR Specialist - Employee Relations & Engagement.
Location: Dubai

Ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
1. Bachelor's in human resources, CIPD or other Professional HR Certification is preferred.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR with experience in employee relations related initiatives and key tasks
3. Good Communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic an added advantage.
4. Excellent report writing skill.
5. Working knowledge of MS Office packages.
6. Proven ability to listen, advice, counsel, influence and negotiate at all levels.
7. People Oriented, emotionally intelligent team player with the ability to de-escalate situations patiently and effectively.
