1st Level/IT Helpdesk Activities:
To provide 1st level troubleshoot and support activities.
Familiar with end-users’ issues and helping them to have their issues resolved (Access, Account Lock, Add/Remove users, Internet accessing, Printers troubleshooting, Order Laptops/PCs/accessories).
Providing prompt and effective support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Provide on-site and remote support for end-users and engineers whenever. Managing and maintaining end-users’ related domain accounts, licenses, and software. Good End users VPN support. Good in resolve windows related issues, internet, access, printers and similar.

2nd Level Operations:
Good in Linux OS (Install, Update, troubleshoot if needed and disk provisioning).
Good in Windows (Update, Install, Administration). Good in Active Directory, Group Policies DNS, NTP, DHCP.
Good in Office365 (MS Teams, MS Exchange, Licenses, and email operation)
Good Network if possible FortiGate firewalls, LAN, WAN, Network connectivity, Files Sharing activities and access provision/removal, have knowledge and understand of LDAP, SSO, SAML and Users authentication, worked on backup solutions, worked on SAN, NAS storage, knows VMware/Virtualization.
