Relationship Officer (Banking Sales)



Responsibilities:



Promote and sell various liability products offered by the bank, including credit cards.

Prospect for new customers through leads, referrals, and cold calling.


Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads to achieve monthly sales targets.


Inform customers of new products and enhancements to enhance customer value.

Establish and maintain effective customer relationships while delivering high-level customer service.

Advise customers on available bank products and services based on their financial needs.

Cross-sell secured assets offered by the bank.

Adhere to internal policies and KYC norms while opening new accounts.

Job Requirements:



Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills will also be considered.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of financial products and services.

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic banking environment.

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
