Role Description:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR Operations (Onboarding & Offboarding), Total Rewards reporting, policies implementation, Matrices & Dashboards.

Requirements
• Oracle EBS / Fusion & SAP, should be well versed with Excel intermediate skills and power point.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
