Human Resource Consultant is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization's personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees.
Identifying your clients' business needs, recommending improvements to payroll services or best practices, as well as computing payments, deductions, and tax information.
Roles and responsibilities HR & Payroll consultant: -
Expertized in all aspects of the implementation project from analyzing the business requirements to configuring the application to meet the business needs, configuring payroll formulae, conduction training sessions and doing parallel process in application.
Collaborate with business process owners across various work streams to ensure that a comprehensive set of requirements is gathered, demonstrating a full understanding of business processes aligned to business objectives.
In depth knowledge of HR & Payroll process and evaluates the business processes against the standard application functionality.
Demonstrates experience in the use of Sure Step methodology and can understand the key activities and deliverables required.
Effective in preparing and configuring the customization specs for HR & Payroll solution to achieve the business requirements.
Facilitates the business decision making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process for any required changes to business processes.
Facilitates business in preparation of the test cases and ensure that all the areas of application are being covered and tested.
Experienced in handling and validating the data migration and perform the data integrity / consistency checks.
Ability to configure the payroll formulae and suggest/convince the client with the best practice.
Conduct unit testing and Key users training to successfully use the proposed solution.
Work with clients to understand and define their business processes and to configure the system accordingly.
Assist clients with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching, tailored to the client’s own business processes and configuration.
Participate in go-live cutover exercises ensuring that migrated data is reconciled back to legacy systems.
Prepare user manuals, functional documents, test scripts and project status documents.
Guide projects along through daily communications with the project Lead and other stack holders.
