Constructions company based in Dubai looking for Business Development Manager with the following requirements :
1. Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduate or equivalent. Preference for Structural Engineer
2. 15 years plus UAE experience in selling steel structures / buildings
3. Good business relations with Engineering Consultants / Authorities / Contractors
4. Capable of understanding project requirements
5. Experience in dealing / selling to technical / engineering departments
6. Experience in estimation / costing, bid submission, follow up, contracts preparation

and his main responsibilities will be :
1. Achieve targets for sales profitability and other key performance indicators
2. Building relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision makers (clients, consultants, contractors)
3. Responsible for accurate forecasting and analysis of leads / opportunities
4. Register company as approved vendor with contractors / Consultants / authorities
