Responsibilities:
Plan and implement strategies
Build effective business relationships with health care partners and customers
Prospects for new business, promotional plans, recruitment strategies, etc.
Organize and execute sales presentations
Achieve the sales target set by the company
Responsible for developing strategies and overall functioning of the clinic
Will have full P&L accountability and achievement of sales and growth targets
Assess the staffing needs of a clinic and determine when new staff are needed.
Implement administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
Continuously promotes the company culture
Continually tracks clinic sales, conversion, KPIs and reviews with managers
Attends weekly manager, administrative and corporate meetings
Oversees clinic schedules
Manage and monitor all operational processes for the Clinic
Manage clinical services in such a way that promotes referred business and ensures sustainable growth
