Requirements:
- Candidate with 3+ years of outdoor Banking Sales experience in UAE.
- Must have hands on experience in Multi Product Sales(Banking).
- Excellent communication skill
- Must be getting monthly incentive
- Must be able to handle existing client and must have potential to onboard new clients.

Job Role:
• To develop & grow payroll business by acquiring new customers and ensuring company sign ups.
• Cross selling of accounts, personal loans, credit cards – through acquisition of payroll relationships with employers across UAE.
• To build relationship with key referrals partners within the Bank to ensure constant and quality leads are obtained.
• Regular visits and interaction with portfolio companies to ensure customer/ key contacts satisfaction with the services provided by the bank
• To verify that potential customers satisfy all criteria required of a desired customer profile as outlined by the bank.
• To manage and grow relationships with the existing and potential clients
• To effectively and promptly handle customer queries and reduction in customer complaints.
• Good knowledge of UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.
