We are Looking for a HR Recruiter
who is responsible for recruitment and operations of the employees with high potential to build the organization.

Designation: HR RECRUITER/EXECUTIVE
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Work Location: Dubai - (initially the few month training at Bangalore)
Interview Mode: Google Meet - 3 Rounds
Facilities provided for Onsite: Visa Expenses, Travel Expenses, Accommodation, Food, Transportation

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end NON IT Recruiter.
Should have good technical knowledge.
Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.
Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
Excellent sourcing skills.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a HR Executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi language.
• Fast learner and passion for HR.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
