Location - Dubai, UAE.
Contract - 1 year (Extendable)
Salary - up to AED 7K
Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience as Dialer MIS

Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience on the Business Intelligence domain
- Skill in design of easy-to-use reporting automation like in VBA and Excel
- Skill in Power BI/ report design
- Hands on experience in data visualization, dashboard presentation, SQL, Sharepoint etc.

Job Role:
• Preparations of all type of Dialer MIS (Monthly, weekly & daily) & submission within timelines.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Analyze business information to identify process improvement for increasing business efficiency & effectiveness.
• Follow-up and collection the data from all the departments timely manner
• Works closely with all HOD's to analyses data & provide intelligent reports based on historical and forecasted data.
• Expertise in analyses, planning & maintaining data base
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency & consistency.
• Perform data analyses for generation report on periodic basis.
• Provide strong reporting & analytical information support to the management.
• Generate both periodic & ad hoc report as needed.
• Analysis KPI's and prepare report explaining key reasons for the variances
