Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CCTV Operator or related role.

Job Responsibilities:
-Monitor live feeds from multiple CCTV cameras simultaneously.
-Identify and report suspicious activities, unusual behavior, or potential security threats.
-Track the movement of individuals and objects within the monitored area.
-Identify and record incidents in real-time, such as theft, vandalism, or violence.
-Immediately alert security personnel, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities in case of an emergency.
-Communicate clear and concise information about the incident, including location, description of individuals involved, and direction of movement.
-Follow established protocols and procedures for incident response.
-Record relevant footage from CCTV cameras for evidence purposes.
-Write and submit detailed reports of incidents, including timestamps, descriptions, and actions taken.
-Maintain accurate logs of all activity monitored and recorded.
-Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV equipment.
-Perform routine inspections of cameras and recording systems.
-Stay up-to-date on security protocols and best practices.
-Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
