Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Finance with real estate or construction background preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data related to real-estate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Evaluate project performance and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop financial models and simulations to support project planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis findings.
Support the development of project finance strategies and initiatives to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
