Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Draftsman with specialized experience in bridges and highways. The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting, quantity take-off, SOPs, shop drawings preparations, and general drafting tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in AutoCAD software with a professional level of expertise.
2. Capable of conducting quantity take-offs accurately.
3. Willingness to work overtime when required (compensated accordingly).
4. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
6. Proactive problem-solving skills within the scope of work.
7. Experience in drafting in 3D using software such as Revit and Civil 3D is highly desirable.
8. Familiarity with bridge projects and related drafting standards.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, CAD or related field is preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in civil and structural drafting for bridges and highways.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
- Experience with software like Revit and Civil 3D is a plus.
