Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
-Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
-Monitor and track employee leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
-Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
-Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits eligibility, enrollment and claims.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years in HR roles with a focus on recruiting, payroll, leave management and employee benefits administration.
