Location - Dubai, UAE.

Salary - AED up to 6K + Incentives (Based on experience)

Looking for - 1+ years of proven work experience in Cleaning Services/domestic worker services in the UAE with valid UAE license.


Responsibilities:

- Identify new opportunities and target segments to expand our customer base within the Dubai/UAE market.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

- Expands company's customer base and ensure strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Devising and implementing the company's sales strategy based on the client's needs.

- Map potential customers and generate new leads for the organization.

- Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.

- Achieve sales and revenue targets for the company.

- Implement and maintain an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.

- Ensure all sales enquiries are being attended/responded on daily basis.



Requirements:

- 2+ years of proven work experience in Cleaning Services/domestic worker services in the UAE

- Strong negotiation skills

- Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, schools, pharmacies, and hotels in Dubai/UAE to drive referrals and promote our home healthcare services.

- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.

- Possess professional presentation skills.
