Job Title: Accountant



Job Task:

Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local financial regulations in the UAE

Prepare and analyze financial statements with a focus on project-related budgets

Collaborate with project managers to track and report on project financials

Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with UAE accounting standards

Work closely with designers and creative teams to create work orders

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports by UAE regulatory requirements

Ensure compliance with tax regulations in the UAE and assist in the preparation of relevant tax documents

Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes

Create Payroll and salary slips

Submit and add Visas for employees

Handle HR matters

Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the consultancy



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred

Proven experience as an accountant in a creative or design-related industry in the UAE

Strong understanding of accounting principles and their application in the fashion and design sector, with knowledge of UAE financial regulations

Proficient in accounting software(Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
