PROJECT MANAGER

✔ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
✔ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on building and infrastructure projects in the GCC region.
✔ Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
✔ Sound understanding of contractual agreements, commercial terms, and legal regulations governing construction projects in the GCC.
✔ Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD).
✔ Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
