Position: Process Analyst
Experience : minimum 10 years ,with technology background
Location : AUH

Job role-
▪ Swift onboarding to allow the new resource supporting the to be started Assyst upgrade project.
▪ Good experience in IT Policies and Procedures, minimum 10 years, with Technology background.
▪ Certified ITIL and COBIT a least, advanced skills in Agile/ DevOps delivery model, and in managing JIRA and Confluence tools.
▪ Keen attention to detail.
▪ Great time management and organizational skills.
▪ Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
