Hiring for HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
for a semi-govt company in Dubai

Salary - AED 10,000 to 12,000

Role:-
-Provide full administration support to Business Support Section and responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of Management Office

-Business Support management with the development & maintenance of human resource policies & procedures. Oversee and track project activities to ensure a successful implementation of ongoing projects & actively work on the expected deliverables as per timelines

- Provide effective services to HR Functions, Employees, & Business Units & assisting with their required queries or services & help in analyzing and reporting of data specific to the operations.

-To ensure HR Audits are conducted efficiently by organizing all required documentation with accurate information to be provided to the auditors

-Be well-versed with the UAE Labour laws & UpToDate with the prevalent changes and updates

- Report & Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Department Review presentation and submission as per timelines to the Senior Management on a periodic basis

- Candidate must be well-versed in designing presentations, preparing EDM’s

Requirements:
University Degree or equivalent professional qualification such as CHRM, CHRP, CIPD.

A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the GCC region

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets & PPT
