About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive – HR and Admin to join our team in Dubai. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative function.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR support, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labor laws.
Champion a positive and productive work environment.
Manage administrative operations, maintaining a focus on organization and efficiency.

Who You Are:
A graduate with a strong preference for an MBA in HR.
Proven track record of success in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within the logistics industry.
In-depth knowledge and experience across all HR functions.
Adept in MS Office Suite.
A natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Highly ethical and reliable with a strong commitment to professionalism.
White-collar recruitment experience is mandatory.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working within the GCC logistics sector is a requirement.
