Job Title: Finance Manager - Healthcare
Location: Dubai

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with mandatory UAE 4+ Years’ experience in similar role. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
· Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
· Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
· Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
· Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and operational teams.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
· Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency.
· Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, preferably in a managerial role.
· Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
· Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
