Marketing Manager - Luxury Fashion
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide strategic direction and lead the Marketing function of the brand to enhance the profile and expand its customer base, promote revenue growth and long-term strategic positioning; drive standardization in marketing activities including the development and execution of strategy related to digital media, advertising, public relations, branding, sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to ensure consistency with the Group‘s strategic direction.
Responsibilities
Develop the Marketing Department's policies and procedures to ensure the fulfilment of organizational requirements, provide expertise, encourage teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standards and staff pride in the contribution
Set and manage the yearly budget and control expenditures to ensure optimal use.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, and market characteristics, to increase desirability and market share
Devise integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing customers through various channels.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Ensure ROI for each campaign, review learnings and possible insights to keep the marketing plan updated with new insights
Lead the execution of marketing activities from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Planning and organizing experiential events, tactical activations, collaborations and partnerships with 3rd parties
Partnering with product development teams to estimate product demand
Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Follow up on sales reports and use information to take action when necessary
Record, monitor and analyze market trends, and competitor activities and provide suggested action plans
Provide management with quantitative and qualitative reports using data from market studies on financial position
