Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all current aspects of HR practices and processes.

Roles:
Manage the execution of current HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital and monitor all HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and nurture a positive working environment.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance, maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Determine the key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide support on decision making through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliances.
Manage facilities and other related services.
