Recruitment & BD Executive - Dubai, UAE.

As Recruiter :
Should have experience with any recruitment agency
Can source the blue collars locally in UAE
Coordinate with associates for candidates, CVs & other relevant documents.
Salary 3000 AED (for 10 candidates deployment + 15% commission after 10 candidates)
The average deployment of candidates is 40-50 every month
The salary can be in hand 6000-7000 end of the month

AS Business Development :

Call to clients (Data will be provided by the company)
When arranging a meeting with a client, Transportation will be provided for the client's meeting
The commission will be discussed in the interview ( 12%-20%)
