We are Urgently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Responsibilities.

Inventory Management:
o Implement monthly stock reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
o Maintain proper stock levels and reorder points for raw materials and finished goods.
o Manage accuracy in loading and receiving through leading and coaching associates, collaborating with a team of supervisors.
Order Fulfilment:
o Coordinate with production and sales teams to prioritize and fulfil customer orders.
o Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
o Monitor order fulfilment processes to meet delivery deadlines.
SAP ERP Integration:
Space Management:
o Plan and optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization.
o Implement efficient shelving and storage solutions for raw materials and finished goods.
o Regularly review and adjust storage configurations based on inventory needs.
o Sharing the maximum capacity weekly report to Planning Manager.
Safety Measures:
o Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
o Report in case of any incidents to property/ asset damages to reporting manager.
Warehouse Organization:
