Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the industry.
8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory management role in the UAE.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
UAE Driving License is a must
