Looking for a Cafe Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts and time off requests
• Thorough knowledge of the property and facilities which includes menu, allergens, safe practices, online menus, QR codes etc.
• Ensure that daily sales goals are met.
• Assign duties to employees and oversees their progress
• Count cash at the end of the shifts and manage closing settlement.
• Responsible of training the subordinates
• Liable to know all the standards and abide with them
• Train and iterate new associates
• Provide guidance and feedback when needed
• Ensure industry rules and guidelines are followed
• Handle customers’ and employees’ complaints.
• Resolves conflicts between employees.
• Accountable for outlet inventories.
• Holding and recording daily briefings.
• Responsible for all checklists
• Delegate jobs and assign to the team without bias and prejudice.
