HIRING IN GULF GROUP HR DEPARTMENT IN RAS AL KHAIMAH UAE

Group HR Generalist

Gulf Group Holding, a well-known name in Ras Al Khaimah for the last 5 decades is a diversified business group. We do business in construction, MEP, Hypermarket retail, Ready mix concrete, Healthcare, explosives, bakery, Motor Rewinding, Printing, and real state.

We are looking to hire for:
Position – Group HR Generalist
Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification – Bachelor's Degree
Nationality – Any
Gender – Male

Experience and Role – 5++ years of experience in HR Department of any group company handling multiple sectors OR Candidates with experience in recruitment in construction industry ( white and blue collar), well versed with Employee engagement programs, Knowledge of UAE labor law. Candidate must be experienced in resourcing profiles using various sources of recruitment like LinkedIn, indeed, naukrigulf etc. He or she shall be responsible for database management, payroll advises like leaves and letters. manpower planning, Job descriptions, Performance appraisals, Induction and orientation of new joiners, investigations and disciplinary procedures, policies and onboarding, Training and Development.

Candidate must have good working knowledge of MS office and should be good in communication ( speaking and writing)
