**Chartered Accountant - Dubai**

**Full Time | Salary: 10000-15000 AED**

**Responsibilities:**

**Financial Accounting and Reporting:**
- Record financial transactions, including quarter/year-end entries.
- Prepare financial statements per GAAP.
- Generate fortnightly MIS reports.
- Consolidate subsidiary financials and eliminate intercompany transactions.
- Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation.
- Prepare quarterly reports for regulatory submission.

**Tax Compliance:**
- Assist with UAE and US tax returns.

**Audit Support:**
- Coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide audit documentation and support.
- Implement audit recommendations.

**Financial Analysis:**
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.
- Support M&A assessments.

**Candidate Profile:**

**Qualifications:**
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification.

**Experience:**
- 5+ years as a Chartered Accountant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Oracle Netsuite, SAP).
- Extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax laws (UAE and US).
- Experience with external audits.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
