Location: Dubai

We are looking at a passionate and experienced HR & Payroll Executive to join us and strengthen the team at our Interior Fitouts business.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution. Handling payroll queries and resolving discrepancies. Maintaining payroll records and preparing necessary reports. Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

2. Support the team in Employee relations, compliance with labor law, L&D initiatives and Employee Engagement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll, Leave Settlement and EOSB processing.

Skills:

-Proficiency in HR and payroll software implementation and execution.

Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
