Education : Masters
Experience: 5+ Years of UAE experience
Salary : AED 5,000 – AED 7,000

Responsibilities

• Submission of tax invoices and progress Invoices to the client after confirmation of work completion from project managers.
• Receiving and verifying vendor Invoices
• Preparing PDC/CDC cheque for the suppliers
• Recording daily transactions in accounting system
• Petty cash management
• Finalizing employee’s reimbursement bills for final approval
• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
• Assisting in preparation of VAT report.
• Assisting in Preparation of financial report
• Assisting in Audit process
• Assisting in ICV process
• Handling credit applications relates to the suppliers.
• Preparation of completion certificate
