Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering outstanding customer service at the front desk.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and overseeing general administrative tasks.
• Maintain well-organized filing systems and contribute to the preparation of reports.
• Provide support with various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
• Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
