iStaffit is Hiring - "Manpower Coordinator" for Leading Marine Industry Client based out of Dubai, UAE.

This role involves managing subcontractors and ensuring efficient project staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, select, and deploy subcontractors for marine projects.
Ensure subcontractors comply with policies and regulations.
Maintain a database of skilled subcontractors.
Schedule and assign subcontractors based on project needs.
Monitor subcontractor performance and address issues.
Collaborate with project managers to plan manpower requirements.
Assist in contract negotiations with subcontractors.
Complete manpower-related documentation accurately.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5-7 years of experience in manpower coordination, preferably in the marine industry.
Strong understanding of subcontractor management and labor regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the marine or offshore industries.
Knowledge of marine industry regulations and safety standards.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
