Admin Officer

*Position:* Admin Officer

**Location: Dubai Marina

*Work Timings:* Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

*Role Overview:*

As an Admin Officer, you will be a pivotal part of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office. You will handle a range of administrative duties and work closely with European clients, assisting them with their business setup needs. Familiarity with company formation or business setup processes in the UAE will be highly advantageous.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage daily administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide exceptional support to European clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support the company formation process by preparing and managing documentation, liaising with government authorities, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
-Develop and maintain filing system.
-Enter expenses and invoices into Zoho Books accurately and in a timely manner.
-Manage corporate tax registrations and VAT returns, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoho Mail).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with company formation or business setup processes in the UAE is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with European clients is a plus.
