Salary: AED 12K-15K plus incentives monthly

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Lighting Division at Company based in Dubai. As a Sales Manager - Lighting Division, you will be responsible for managing and growing the lighting division sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors and designers and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes meeting designers and consultants and working on project specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, provide technical expertise and support to customers, and stay updated on the latest industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of proven track record of Lighting sales and specifications in UAE.
Strong knowledge of lighting systems, technologies, and products
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
