Finance Executive required in Ahmadyar Developments



Job Responsibilities:



– Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

– Assist in the budgeting process, including preparing forecasts and monitoring variances against budgeted figures.

– Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

– Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and profitability assessments.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits.

– Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audit processes.

– Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to ensure the company’s financial stability.

– Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

– Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.

– Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives.

– Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings.

– Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records to maintain accuracy.

– Support the finance team in various ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

– Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure the company’s financial operations remain compliant and competitive.
