Position: Facilities Tendering & Estimator
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 10,000

Key Responsibilities:

1) Prepare comprehensive estimates from tender documents, specs, and drawings
2) Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
3) Submit timely and accurate tender proposals
4) Develop detailed cost estimates
5) Perform site visits for accurate estimations
6) Oversee pre and post-contract estimation processes
7) Collaborate with project management for smooth execution
8) Provide technical support to junior estimators
9) Liaise with clients and participate in presentations
10) Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations

Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field.
2) 4-8 years of experience in UAE facilities management tendering and estimation
3) Valid UAE driving license
