IT Support Specialist - UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure and data.
Provide end-user support and training.
Assist with IT documentation and asset management.

Required Qualifications:
University Certificate in Computer Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Familiarity with IT systems, software, and hardware.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision.
