Experience: Proven experience in estimating within the landscaping or swimming pool construction industry.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze plans to determine the scope of work and materials for landscaping and swimming pool projects.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
Create tender quotations adhering to project specifications and budgets.
Use SketchUp and AutoCAD to extract quantities and dimensions for accurate estimation.
Obtain competitive prices from suppliers for all necessary materials.
Prepare comprehensive sales contracts outlining project details, terms, and conditions.
Generate Bills of Quantities ensuring accurate documentation of materials and labor costs.
Conduct meetings with clients to discuss project details and address concerns.
Prepare quotations for changes or additions requested by the client.
Verify dimensions and assess site conditions for accurate estimation.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
Strong negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in estimation and administrative tasks.
Good communication skills.
