Position: Senior Draftsman
Location: Dubai
Experience: Minimum 3 years in landscape and swimming pool drafting.
Qualification: Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Create precise swimming pool shop drawings ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.
Produce comprehensive and accurate landscape design drawings.
Develop detailed section drawings for hardscape paving and planter boxes.
Design irrigation plans and create detailed plant schedules.
Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling and visual presentations of landscape and pool designs.
Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings for swimming pools and water features.
Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure practical designs that meet client specifications.

Key Skills:
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with a proven track record of creating detailed and accurate drawings.
Strong proficiency in SketchUp.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
