- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry in the UAE
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compensation & benefits
- Experience working in a multicultural fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
- HR certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
- Integrity in handling confidential information
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
