Job Requirements:

As a general contracting engineer, responsible for preparing letter to subcontractors or owners.

As a general contracting engineer, responsible for negotiation with subcontractor or owner , and claims reports work.
Organize contract negotiations, contract reviews, and contract signing related work.
Contract disclosure, tracking contract execution and conducting contract risk analysis, organizing the development of risk countermeasures.
Assist in cost analysis and evaluation.
Good knowledge of FIDIC rules in UAE.
Knowledge of subcontractor EOT claims.
Subcontractors management.
