Hiring Logistics Coordinator / Officer

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and customs agents to arrange for the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and logistics activities using appropriate systems and tools.
Prepare and analyze logistics reports, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Other Details:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in the oil & gas industry or a similar sector.
Proficiency in logistics software/systems, such as ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
