Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Construction

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and optimizing resource utilization.
Supervise quality assurance protocols to guarantee that the work consistently meets client requirements.
Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and other project documentation for senior management and clients.
Cultivate an environment within the project team that prioritizes safety, excellence, and innovation, while advocating for the adoption of best practices and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years UAE experience as a Project Manager.
Extensive experience in both horizontal and vertical construction projects.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Proficient understanding of all policies and procedures necessary for initiating and concluding projects according to approved standards.
Familiarity with all relevant regulatory requirements from the respective authorities.
