Position: Human Resources Officer

Role Description:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing and implenmenting HR policies, insurance, managing employee relations, and developing job descriptions.

Qualifications Experience in HR management, HR policies, and human resources Knowledge of employee relations and job description development Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
