Candidates should be a Civil Engineer.

Educational Qualifications
*Bachelor of Engineering in the relevant category.
Relevant Experience
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant procurement category of engineering.

Technical Competencies

· Knowledge of Procurement terms and conditions.
· Knowledge of contracts and techno-commercial issues
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills
· Self-managing with the ability to work independently.
· Well versed in the use of MS Office and all appropriate software.)
· Good understanding of techno-commercial issues
