Technical Engineer - Gardinia Ready mixed Concrete Manufacturing LLC

Role Description:
The Technical Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day management of the technical department and laboratory, ensuring that company products are designed and developed in accordance with project specifications and commercially suitable terms. The position will ensure that various design review, verification and validations process are set up and followed. All aspects of Quality Management system, which includes, responsibility for inspection, testing, resolving technical issues, securing approvals from DCL etc. as required to ensure compliance for ready mix facilities.

Functional Pre-Requisites Skills:

· Proven work experience as Technical Engineer in the Ready-Mix Industry.
. Familiarity with all relevant codes / standards and test methods for raw materials and concrete.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports.
