Client is looking for a Senior Manager - Portfolio Management & Project Governance

Location: Dubai

The Sr. Manager Portfolio Management & Project Governance role will help design, implementation and operationalization of Portfolio Management Framework, PSPGs (Policies, Standards, Procedures and Governance structures) and ensure alignment of Programs, Projects & SCRs (Small Change Request s) implementation across D&T. He/she will work closely with Head of PMO & Governance in facilitating PMO Governance forums and meetings to ensure Portfolio compliances, risk, review, tracking and deliver within time and cost. He/she will help define and facilitate ITIL standard Change management processes for Change (CAB – Change Advisory Board), Incident and Asset management across Projects & SCRs. And tracking, reporting of same. Track & review Budget drawdown and monitor, utilization across Business units, and maintain a centralised repository of all documented ITIL processes, to ensure continuity and easy access.

Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in project and portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a SR Manager role focused on project governance. And in running change management, and IT PMO – Programs and projects tracking and reporting setting up PMO

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing project governance frameworks and processes in a complex organizational environment. Experience across IT PMO Governance formulation and frameworks in retail or competitive industry.
• Experience in defining, managing and maintaining governance frameworks, structures and related processes and policies.
• Experience in a cross-functional role, effectively managing technology portfolio, program management, change management and execution of initiatives.
